Today – Let the Celebrations Begin!

This evening we will begin celebrating our thankfulness for God’s gracious leading of the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene. We thank God for reaching the milestone of 100 years of living for Christ at the Corner of Western Road and Dock Road and beyond.  We continue to pray into a future that awaits us so that we may bring honour to His Name.  The Apostle Paul in writing to the church at Colossae said, So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” (Col. 2)

Be in prayer for tonight’s service in the sanctuary of the church building. Invite your neighbours to be with us as we celebrate God’s faiPreaching Pic for Conferencethfulness.

Pray for our speaker Rev. Stuart Williams. Pray that our hearts will be responsive to the moving of the Holy Spirit in our midst. Pray for the worship team.

Here is the Schedule for tonight! —  Everyone is Welcome!

DD-7t-tXcAMcyTGThe Psalmist in Psalm 89 sang out:

1. I will sing of the Lord’s great love for ever;
with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.I will declare that your love stands firm for ever, that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself. You said, ‘I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David my servant, “I will establish your line for ever
and make your throne firm through all generations.” (NIVUK)

Hallelujah!
